Frequently asked scheduled service questions

  • Where do you fly between?
    We offer a scheduled service Monday through Friday between Peace River and Edmonton International Airport and Calgary International and Whitecourt Main Terminal Building. If you need transportation to different cities contact our Charter Operations.
  • How do I book a ticket?
    You can purchase a ticket through our online booking system or call us at 1-800-661-1911 to make a reservation.
  • How much luggage can I bring?
    You can bring 30 lbs per person. Overweight luggage is subject to fees and space availability.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You must give 2 hours notice prior to the flight. A cancellation fee applies and the remaining amount will be held as a credit for your next flight.
